Ketamine Pricing

We start with an initial phone consultation/screening which is free. Prior to treatment, we will generally do 2 consultations, one for medical evaluation/screening and another one for psychiatric evaluation. If you were referred to us by your psychiatrist/mental health professional then you do not need a psychiatric evaluation from our team.

For the cost of the initial consultation, we can charge your insurance if you have a plan that we accept. Your cost is dependent on your plan but is generally your primary care copay. If you do not have insurance or have a plan that we are not credentialed with, the cost is $250 for the medical consultation

INTRANASAL KETAMINE (SPRAVATO)
