Treatment Costs for Ketamine and Spravato

We start with an initial phone consultation/screening which is free. Prior to treatment, we will generally do 2 consultations, one for medical evaluation/screening and another one for psychiatric evaluation. If you were referred to us by your psychiatrist/mental health professional then you do not need a psychiatric evaluation from our team.

For the cost of the initial consultation, we can charge your insurance if you have a plan that we accept. Your cost is dependent on your plan but is generally your primary care copay.

If you do not have insurance or have a plan that we are not credentialed with, the cost is $250 for the medical consultation

Esketamine (SPRAVATO) Nasal ketamine

Indication: Treatment resistant depression (TRD) or MDD* with acute suicical ideation

~$0-40/treatment

(depends on your insurance plan)

Induction Phase: 2x/week for 4 weeks
Maintenance Phase:
1. Week 5-8: once a week
2. Week 9 onwards: once every 1-2 weeks

Intramuscular Ketamine

$600/treatment without insurance

Induction Phase: Treatments twice a week for 2-3 weeks.
Maintenance Phase: Frequency titrated down but generally ends up being once every 3-6 weeks.
